1) Why
do I have to choose Always Home Care?
There are many agencies to choose from in New Jersey state alone, but we are
a privately-owned agency, who works one-on-one basis with each client or family
that calls us or comes through our door. We take our job very seriously, and
work hard to achieve excellent results so that our customers are 100% satisfied.
We continuously meet all standards, rules and regulations to stay a qualified,
licensed, insured, bonded and accredited agency.
2) Do
I need to sign a contract with Always Home Care?
After our initial assessment and explanation of our services if you decide
to retain our services you will sign a Service Agreement which will clearly
state that you understand the care we will provide for you and you authorize
us to give you services. This however is not a permanent contract, if at
anytime you wish to discontinue any services, you are free to do that with
no penalties
or obligations.
3) How
do I know if I will like a caregiver that you will give me?
Our coordinating team will first ascertain you needs and language preferences
and try to find the best caregiver for you, after that you can always interview
a caregiver yourself to see if he/she meets your preferences.
4) If
I want to change a caregiver for any reason, is it okay to do that?
YES, we work to please you, so if at anytime you want to change a Home Health
Aide, or a Nurse, just simply call the office and we will meet your needs.
5) What
kind of payment methods do you take?
We take most private insurances, Medicaid, Medicaid waiver programs,
and private pay.
6) If
in case of emergency I want to speak to the nurse after office hours, where
do I call?
We have Registered Nurses on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including
holidays and after hours, so if at anytime you need to speak to the nurse
you can always
call the office number and get in contact with the nurse.
7) Who is responsible for all the social security, federal and state taxes
for the caregivers?
Since all of our caregivers are fully employed by Always Home Care, we are
fully responsible for their social security, medicare, disability and all
state income tax withholdings. We make sure that our clients and their families
would
not be responsible for these tax liabilities, which they would be if they
would hire someone independently or through a staffing agency.
